When the sources conflict, check times and identifiers before choosing a label. “Not shown in current roster” is accurate when absence is all that is known. “Confirmed transfer” belongs only where a destination is documented.

The St. James Parish Detention Center is on Louisiana Highway 44. St. James Parish Transit serves the public on weekday routes along Highway 44 and Highway 18 and permits requested route deviations. Call Parish Transit at 225-562-2304 or 225-562-2419 before relying on it. Also call the jail on the day of release.
